All steps of the surgical process were explained to him and he received all the information necessary to make an informed decision. After thirteen months George boarded the plane headed for London Heathrow Airport. He was dressed like a man, wearing a pair of jeans and a jacket bought in Bangkok because he knew that he would find the freezing winter in London. And so it was. His blond hair was tied in a ponytail, his face was shaved and his eyebrows trimmed thinly, none of this was a problem in London, the city was notoriously open and tolerant.
